Default gov tracks online search engine use.

when i use a online search engines, like google. i get extra control features added to the open screen, screen on screen size controls. everything slows down, and on the aol search window, the space key turns into a (20%) say i put (toyota transmission) into the search window on aol, it turns into (toyota20%engines). am i being paranoid, or has the new gov program to track online search usage begun effecting us this dramaticly.

I think the problem here is spelled A-O-L.

"20%" means "space" to the computer, don't panic.

That other stuff is basically spyware, I assume A-O-Hell calls them "features."

so in the last couple weeks aol added the (feature) space = 20%. so no aol search function works corectly. that sounds like a good buisness decision, to make long time customers happy. let me put a question to you. if i was the government, and i wanted to track the information flow on the internet, i would not allow anyone to update the spyware definitions to block my spyware. so if my computer has been updated for every spyware ever created it would still be open to government spyware, because it would be illegal for all the spyware blocking programs to add this block to the list. my question: should this type of spyware be installed through private companys like aol. google, yahoo, or in other words, should the government have a backdoor access to all internet search engines working on the www, will this make you feel safe.

It's already well-documented that Windows has back doors put in place by the request of the NSA, and the anti-virus companies and whatnot do not alert to these backdoors.

With that said

It IS a Post-9/11 World, after all. Fortunately, patriotic law-abiding church-going Americans such as ourselves have nothing to hide from our government!

America Online, however is PURE EVIL.
