Re: What was it?
I have also moved up in boat size, that is the only reason i have it up for sale. But....... the 21' Wellcraft has had her share of tuna!! we have fished her 50 to 60 + miles off shore with no problems, and she holds 99 gallons fuel. She loves to Tuna hunt or Halibut fish!

Re: What was it?
TWW - you can post it and the boats and tackle classified ads section and then refernece it (note: not link just reference in text) on this thread for others to look at on their own.. that, as I understand it should be well within the AUP/

Re: What was it?
Paul,
I would love to post it in the classified section, but if I understand the rules correctly, I must have 20 contributing post before I can post it. As you see I am not there yet. I view the posts every day but as of yet post very little. It has been difficult not letting the Salty Dogs know that I have this boat for sale. Many of you I am sure have seen this boat at Newport where I do 99% of my boating.
Any one intersted please PM me for info. I will post, if not sold, when I get my 20 posts in.
Terry

Re: What was it?
So Terry - how about we play 7 questions?

When was the last time you had her out in pen water? What were you fishin' for and did you catch any?

Re: What was it?
Terry,
Can you PM me with your boat info? Maybe some pics too? We are looking to upgrade for our 18' boat. I have a buddy who parks his 26' Wellcraft in my driveway each tuna season and fishes on his days off from So. Beach Marina.
Thanks the Spoiled Daddy So. Beach, OR

Re: What was it?
Ah, I likeum my boat just fine for fishing, but I wish it rode as well as I think that Wellcraft will ride. When I lived in Fla I lusted after the Wellcraft center consoles. Nice boats.

I think it rides well, the 4 blade offshore prop made a huge difference in how the boat handled, I was amazed at the difference a prop can make.

Re: What was it?
Just for anyone interested. I have a 22ft 04 Wellcraft (basically the same hull,) and you couldn't give me a better boat. Everyone who has ridden the THANK U BABY comments on how soft the ride is in the rough stuff. The cocpit is large enough to fish 4 and most important to me, it is dry as a new diaper and sips fuel. You should expect 300 miles out of her easy.
