Good customer service

Last week my girlfriends car broke down on the freeway on her way to class. After letting it sit for a while she was able to get it going long enough to get it to a shop in the area.
I always get nervous about having work done at shop I don't have experiance with, fearing they may over charge, or fix somthing that doesn't need to be fixed ect.. But in this case these guys really came through, gave my girl a ride to her class, fixed the car, and came out smelling like a peach.
The shop was Northwest Import Specialists in Vancouver up by WSU.
