Buying an epirb?

I found a way to get a new ACR aquafix 406 I/O (the internal gps type) for $500+$15 shipping. A dealer puts a new one up every few days on that auction place. Be patient - get the first bid, let it go if someone 2nds you, wait for the next one. Kinda like fishing.

I just received mine, new and all good, batt expires on 05/2011. Just registered it via internet.
