Wa. river access
I fished the Gray's River last weekend and was once again confronted by an irate local who had parked his rig totally blocking the unimproved boat access on Fossil Creek Road. This WDF&W access is public land but is normally "posted' with No Trespassing signs and "no boat launch" signs. As often happens, I was threatened for crossing private property.
I have previously complained to WDF&W, but nothing has been done, and I think it is time that local landowners are reminded that public land is, in fact, land that is open to the public.
If any other member of this board has suffered harassment at this WDF&W access, please post. The access is located 0.7 miles North of Highway 4 on Fossil Creek Road.
