Fishing Friday - Where to Go?

Okay, I've got an opportunity to fish more or less anywhere I want within reason on Friday. Where to go though? Ideally this will be a fly fishin' trip. Bank access is a must, as I have no boat. I do have waders (neoprenes) if necessary, but given the swiftness of most streams right now, I would hesitate at wading. This would preferably be a trout/bluegill/bass/crappie trip. I'm not geared for Steelies or salmon right now. I don't care if it's moving water or still water - so long as there's a decent shot at catching a fish. Oregon or Washington doesn't matter, as long as it's within say, 60-75 miles of Beaverton.

Id say get a 8weight and hit the alse near the hatchery. You'll get a metal head.
