Wash. Multiple Weapon Tags

Does anyone know if the new draw hunts in Wash. that will allow hunters to hunt through bow, muzzleloader, and rifle be seasons available for out of state hunters, or is it going to be only for residents?

In the newspaper it stated that the drawing would be $150 for resident and $1500 for out of state.. That's what I read.

Yeah, Washington has never differentiated between residents and non-residents as far as numbers of tags or special permits. Non-residents just have to pay 10 times more.
