Species of geese in Central Oregon

What types of geese are hunted in the Central Or. area such as Redmond, bend, sisters ect....

Is it mainly just big canads or are there any specks, snows, lessers ect???

Somewhere around 1972 a friend and I (attempted) to belly-crawl up to a gagggle of snows. Can't recall having seen anything but Canada's before or since.--Jefferson County

All the resident geese there will be mostly Westerns. Lots of specks pass through in September, and a few lessers show up too but its mostly a big bird deal.
Some of the biggest honkers I've ever seen have been in around Wickiup.

How good would you guys say the goose hunting is there in that area? Where is that lake located?
