The deer on the right is a classic example of an early stage HLS deer. Notice the hair looks darker and wetter than the deer on the left, the hair is also unkept and has thinning spots like in the top of the flank. Look at the healthy deer, it does not look dark or wet and the hair is all slicked back towards the tail with no scruffy spots.

This is also a great example of a Doe and her fawn, look at the different nose lengths, a dead give away.
