10 weeks of misery.

I am due for 10 weeks of misery.

All of the Engineers and Managers met yesterday for our annual reviews.

I feel I should get a promotion that should come with at least a 15% raise this year. I felt like I should of had it last year and possibly the year before. I have been a victim of circumstance and am 20% underpaid.

The problem is that they Engineers and Managers now know whether I got my promo or not. But I won't know until late March or early April. I can't handle it! Why do they have to wait so long to do anything?
