Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter

I have done my research (thanks in part to this board and some excellent emails) and have decided on the Super Blackhawk Hunter, Bisley, in 44 mag for handgun hunting.

Anyone else using this Model? If so, I would like to hear your opinion on the best ammo (practice and hunting), sights, scopes, red dots, grips and other after-market improvements.

Also, would a matching .22 caliber be the Bisley Single or the Single Six, in say a 6.5" barrel?
