Surviver Show-Eastern Oregon Style

Due to the popularity of Surviver and the spate of copy cat reality TV shows, Eastern Oregon has plans to do it's own show, tentatively titled "Survivor Eastern Oregon Style."

Contestants will begin the event in Pendleton and first travel to Heppner, Condon and Madras. From there they will proceed onto Prineville, Redmond and Bend. Then they will turn east to Burns, north to John Day and over to Baker City through Sumpter. Then on to LaGrande, Elgin and through weston on their final leg back to Pendleton.

Each contestant will be driving a pink Volvo with California license plates and bumper stickers reading: "I'm a Vegetarian; Beer Is Harmful to Your Health; Republicans Suck; Hillary in 2004; Deer Hunting is Murder; and I'm Here to Confiscate Your Guns."

The first contestant who makes it back to Pendleton--alive--wins.

You couldn't pay me enough money to even try and attempt that. They should also put governors in the volvo that will not allow them to go over 45 mph and they must drive in the "fast lane" wherever possible. lol

What no takers
I don't generally have much to do with this type of entertainment but in this case I can make an exception only if I get to be in the front row of the crowd that forms to watch the public suicide.

You might have to eliminate the Bend stop. The contestants would be right at home. Redmond wouldn't be to bad for them either. You wouldn't believe the amount of Californians around here. Of course I can't say to much about them, I'm married to one.
