Default Anybody up for a trip to Rivers Inlet?

Years ago, a group of fishermen led by a local sporting goods store owner from here would get together and run up to Rivers Inlet for a fishing trip.

They would take 5-7 small boats and all run together for safety. I believe that they would camp and/or stay at one of the lodges while there and then run home together.

They always had a great time, caught lots of fish and had stories all winter.

Might be too late to get it together this year but I'd be up for it a year from now.

If such a trip would interest you email me and I will begin to gather info.

I knew a guy years ago named Dave that would go to River's Inlet. He slammed the salmon, big salmon! I've heard that's a very good place to be.

Wish I could go.
