I would guess there are two pins per box. If I am understanding you right, pull both pins, slide the box to the appropriate holes and replace the pins. If that doesn't do it, would have to see it. Where are you located?

I figured that you would just pull the pins as well, but they don't seem to want to pull and I'm afraid of breaking something, that's the one thing I am really good at! Mike

Look at the bottom of the pin. Some have a hole with a split-ring through them so the pin doesn't pop out.
