Default bow question

I got my bow signed by Ted Nugent. I have an 03 martin jaguar compund bow. I was wondering if any of you had any ideas on preserving this signature. Its on the bow limb so it still has to bend and work properly. Any idea will help me. Thanks for all your help in advance!

What about putting a coat of clear polyurethane(sp)
on it??? Might work.

If you want it just because it's cool, coat it with something I guess, so you can still use it. If you want it for it's value, they always say not to do stuff like that as it lowers the value. There are some high quality coatings that might hold up longer than poly too. Stuff like Flex Coat, but made for fiberglass and wood applications. I've seen it on archery sites, especially ones that supply bowyers.

You could use a slow drying epoxy. It holds up well even in wet conditions.
With that signature the bow is worth keeping even if you quit hunting with it.

Nugent does rock Both on the stage and in the field! I watch his show "Spirit of the Wild" on the outdoor channel all the time. That guy's crazy  Definitely on our side though!

Buy a new set of limbs for your bow....save that set as they are, once you retire the bow put the originals back on it.
