Great Finish to Duck Season (pics)

Got to go with Gary and Jeff for "ducks in the snow". It was AWESOME!!! Gary has put alot of effort into his hunt spot and it was as good a duck hunt as I have ever been on!!!

It was way chilly but made the best of it with elk weenies, heaters and "anti-freeze"

Fridays total with Jeff and Gary, also Bailey, Sadie and Wade.


We hunted 2 days and got a limit of mostly mallards with 3-4 widgeons each day and 2 honkers the second day. We had some friends that had been spankin the chukars and I wanted some of that, so the last day I hunted chukars with Mike, Tim and Keith and we got 4 limits with alot of effort in the heavy snow. Gary and Jeff got their mallars without me and I missed out on picking up

With these two knuckleheads you never know what will happen next. This is what greated me Sunday when I went to get my truck back at Jeff's house.


Guess that was my payback for abandoning my host :blush:
These guys are always alot of fun. You never know what will happen next. I hope Jeff checks his garage VERY carefully this week :grin:

Glad you were able to shoot some birds .. I found a money field on Sunday (feb 11th?) I think that the farmer may even let me put some pits in it. :grin:
