Default Christmas Marlin

Got an email from a friend of mine who went to Cabo over Christmas. She said she and her dad caught some TUNA! and a marlin. Wanted to know if I would can the TUNA! for her and also wanted to know what to do with the marlin

Of course I let her know for a small fee I'd be happy to can the TUNA! and dispose of the marlin

I have had smoked marlin that was phenomenal. Cooked and served it was a bit dry but I'm sure that was the person who cooked its fault.
