Everyone must send a letter to IAMS

I sent an email using the link on the previous post to Iams this morning. In my letter, I stated that many others would stop using Iams and that they would receive many letters.
I also said sales numbers would be effected as a result. The only way to accomplish a real boycott is by educating the people in this country to the real dangers on the HSUS or Humane Society.

Two great examples....

My brother calls and tells me his wife adopted a dog for him yesterday (this call happened 2 months or so ago) We got to talking about the dog and he says she did it while he was at work. He then tells me she got it at the Humane Society. I freeked and he didn't get it. My brother is 10 times more of an avid hunter than I , so I thought he would know about HSUS. He didn't.

Minutes ago I wandered upstairs to Tell (ok ask) my wife that we would be switching dog food and to talk to the vet about how to do that properly. She asked why and I told her that the HSUS had partnered with Iams on something or other and I couldn't support Iams anymore. She said"what are you talking about. I support the Human Society.We adopted Bailey" Isn't that the same thing? I explained to her that by us rescuing Bailey from a rescue, we were not supporting anti hunting rights. She thought that the only function of the Humane Society is to adopt animals to caring homes....

EDUCATION IS NEEDED HERE!
Ifpeople don't know what the HSUS stands for, they need to do some resarch and fast if we are going to be able to stop the partnership with IAMS..

All you have to do is go to the site for one minute and read about how they feel about hunting.....

You are so very right. this is the biggest threat to hunters and fishermen. peta is just a bunch of wackos but the hsus has done more damage to hunters fishermen and trappers than any of the other combined. they have huge financle resorses, and the thing is most of there doners have no clue that they supported it , the trapping ban in washington was one of these very things that was backed by the hsus. Money donated to the hsus dose not go to the rescue centers it gose to lawyers who draft up bills to get us out of the woods and off the water the animal shelters servive on donation's that they get when you adopt a dog or cat. while percel lives in a multi million dollare home. makes me sick.

other contributers to them are Ford, volvo, Jeep,petco, and petsmart. and now they are going after dog food produsers. where will it end???
