This was a large female 120lbs. When the tracks were spotted we thought we had a tom. Once treed we could determine otherwise. Before cat was shot we verified that no kittens were with her. The hunt occurred in Northern Idaho. Buckshot outfitting was the outfitter I used. He is a friend of mine and I highly reccommend his services.

Sledder,
Did you throw an arrow at this Kitty? If so, you are a way bigger man than I.
Nice take!

Troy, I thought about the arrow deal. Decided against it due to the amount of foliage that is possible with this type of hunt. I hit it once in the neck breaking the spine with a 55 grn. 223 round.

Troy, If you want to do a hunt like this,I can give you the info. It is something you should do at least once in your life. I am already thinking about it for later this year. The cat will be a full size mount. Laying on a log truss in my Idaho home.
