Default McIver Park-fishing

Hi folks,

I am a rooky fisherman and McIver Park at Estacada is the only place I know where to go for steelhead fishing. However, I heard that since the last several weeks are very bad. in fact, there were no fishmen at the place anymore. My questions are: has any of you been there lately? and was it any good or was it as bad as I heard? I want to go fishing there this coming weekend. Thanks.

Very few people there a week ago when I drifted through. High water, few steelhead and tons of smolts are all likely to blame.
