Default Green River Coho

I read something in Fishing and Hunting News about the Green River limit being bumped up to six coho. Does that meen that it is having a good run this year? Has anybody fished this river recently? I always thought it was crappy fishing and even had a guy tell me I had a better shot fishing in a toilet. But it is really close by, and it would be nice not to have to drive very far to catch some fish.
