A fellow board member had an idea that a
BIG multi colored feather jig trolled behind his boat could work for Tuna out in the big blue. He gave me a few color patterns and asked for a length of about 5-7". It just so happened that Owner makes a Saltwater Bullet Jig Head that weighs the 1 & 1 1/2 oz weight as requested. These jig heads come with a massive 5/0 & 7/0 hook respectively.
The body of the jig is made with multiple palmered schlappen feathers that are blended together creating a big, full look. Saltwater Krystal Flash is tied in abundance throughout the jig to maximize the flash.
