Lots of pull outs, most can fish well enough.
I've never had much luck there myself.

I fish this river 50 plus times a year. Now that we are starting to get some rain and the water will start to rise a bit, head up high into the canyon. There is a pull off just past painted rock. Follow the trail down. There will be a bunch of fish stacked up all through the canyon. Float eggs under a float and you might be suprised by either a Steelhead or a Salmon. Look for pocket water behind rapids and fish that as well as the seems between fast and slow water. Let all the snaggers target the lower river, I would fish up higher.

good luck,

Chris
