Default In Loving memory of my Father....

Well Ill start with where I came along in the picture....1981 and my father and mother where on their way up to alaska for my dads dream of a lasting true sportsmans paridise untouched by the traffic lights and smog etc of todays world....He grew up outside of chicago long befor me....fishing the big lakes once in a while and doing alot of upland bird..when my mother became pregnate with me it was a suprise indeed =) (funny since my Bday is dec7th+suprise attack!) He stoped in washington on there way up stagging for the move up to alaska.....There he helped found Sunnydall Shooting Grounds a very well reknown shooting club for trap, skeet and especially sporting clays...There Matt Dryke aided by his father Chuck Dryke won the olimpic gold for the unitited states training out of that club...My father purchased a nice 2 acres sitting right on the Dungeness river.....
I spent most of my early years ridding on my fathers back as he hunted deer, phesant etc....walking down to the river and forcing me to land my first steelhead no matter how many times it pulled me down....(getting a lil teary eyed)
after 24 years of friends and memories my father passed away due to cancer at the age of 69 on Febuary 25 2006.
He always taught my and my brother the inportantce of keeping what reasorces we have left intact for the future of our children. He was a true sportsman true and true....60+ firearms 30+ fishing poles and a numbers apon numbers of pool cue's and golf clubs =)
He made a huge impact on everyones life he touched....in a positive way....
I dont know why im posting it here other than to show respect to my dad and to ask everyone out there who reads this to please keep the right things in your heart....I see to much pointless violence and argue'ing even out on the river these days......Respect what nature has laid out for us.....Dont abuse it....and take a younging fishing they need it in todays world more than ever.

In loving memory of
Fred W. Edgar
Catch um running upstream dad!!!!!!!!
I love you
