from an economical standpoint, the whining is well-placed. I don't know how long we can afford to spend trillions on a situation that doesn't seem to be going away any time soon. I'd love to see a solution to the problem of radical islam, but economically it makes no sense to me to spend trillions year in and year out using an expensive military to attack a concept

but we're getting way off topic here. Besides, at the end of the day this guy isn't going to be painted as a radical muslim, but as a guy who just went postal- radical muslim style.

I doubt "American mass murders" (not terrorists) opened up with their guns or planted bombs saying the likes of:
"Quakers Rule" or
"I'm a Wicca warrior" or
"Be a Jahova Witness or die" or
"In the name of Joseph Smith"
His name is Nidal Malik Hasan. His name has similar ring as Mohammed Atta, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, Issa Bdeir.

Your list below is a red herring. These people are simply mass murders, not religious terrorists. Did any of these guys belong to an organized religion and kill in the name of their religion?

Also there are stories of Muslims asking for extra patrols and protection for their mosques because of their fear of backlashes to this incident. So far, Zero backlash incidents that I've heard. What the headline to the story should be is "Imams of mosques claim victim status in wake of Ft Hood shootings"

Is it Islamophobic or hateful to note that this guy
shouted "Allah Akbar!" before shooting, gave out Korans within hours of the shootings, bought a gun known as a "cop killer" 2 weeks before the attack, Had a Middle Eastern name, sympathized with suicide bombers, and was influenced by militant Jihad doctrine? These are facts! What is wrong with reporting facts these days?
