Default Today's fishing prediction (Updates! Pics!)

Low slack, 1.5
Big tide coming in by noon. 8 point something.
I haven't got to fish the bay but once this year, due to my shoulder problems.
Today, I will be fishing the bay, regardless.
There will be TONS of new fish coming in. All over 40 pounds.
I would expect the good bite to be two hours before high. However, today will be an exception. Today, there will be fish coming in all day long, and I will catch many, many large fish. So many that I will need help, and many other boats around to assist in all this fish catching.

Today is the day. The weather will be grand. Plenty of fish coming in for all. And like I said, they will all exceed 40 pounds.

Let's go!

Anyone else ready for this slaughter?

Jen

Thanks a lot Jenny!! Here I sit, all taped up from MY shoulder surgery, dying to go fishing, and there you are telling me I'm going to miss the best day of the year!! :

Some people just love the feeling of power as the pour salt in the wound...so to speak! :depressed: Well I'll get my chance for revenge when your Doctor opens up your shoulder and does the Texas Twostep on all your bones and tendons!

Just kidding. Hope you have a wonderful and productive day. I just wish I could be there with you.

Signed,

Old "hunt and peck" Rusty

Sounds like a good time will be had by all. Let me check with my boss and see if I can leave work now and head to the coast.

He said no! :depressed: I figured he would! Catch a ton of them fishies Jennie, but save a few for me.

Did your prediction pan out, Jennie?
I was going to rent a boat out there today but decided not to because of the costs. Boy did I ever feel foolish for not having followed through with my plans when I saw your enthusiasm. Did I miss much? Any hook-ups? Luke

I think Jennie may have tied into a huge fish and may be fighting it until sometime tomorrow. I talked to her by phone and she said there was something wrong with the line and the connection was tenuous. I think the report may have to wait.

Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day on the bay! I thought I'd add the pics of one of the fourty pounders I caught!

Here ya go!

Whoo hoo! Isn't that a beauty? Look at those sea lice! I could barely lift it!

Actually, yesterday was S L O W!!!! Way slow! Then, I called Pete this morning. He is out on T bay today. He said he saw four on at once!!! And that the bite was really hot today! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Should have been there tomorrow? I hadn't heard that one, yet!

Just my darn luck!

I had a great time, anyhow!
Someone is doing construction down the road, and I didn't have phone service, so no internet, for over 24 hours. It was God forcing me to take a breather, I guess.

Must have been caught at the Ghost Hole.

Glad you had a good day and as my signature says, "There's more to fishing than catching fish."

Having no replies WAS starting to worry me a bit though. Glad it was only the internet down and not you.

Not bragging, but that rates up there with my Skokomish 50+ pounder! Seriously though, there are some big fish up our way in Washington to be caught!
