Zipper Lip revealed! Juicy drama revealed!
Ha! Gotcha!
OK... two dates available at KOA campground in Warrenton, across from Fort Stevens. We HAVE picked a spot! It's going to be great, big open fire pit for the pig... Everything is awesome! :smile: However, the date... One is August 28th. One is September 11th. Pros and Cons: August 28th Pros: Good fishing tides, good clamming tides. Right in the heat of B-10 salmon Lots of people have said they could come that date. Cons: BR Shooter and Gini can't make it! :depressed: Really crowded and busy and hectic at the campground. Not a whole lot of spaces left. You'll have to reserve early! However, they have given us a "water and electric only" discount at some of the RV spots to make up for it, plus, they'll have tent "islands" to rent out. These are wooden structures with 6 tent spots, in a circle. Opening of archery season, so some ifishers can not attend. Sept 11th Pros: Not as busy at the campground. Have most of it to ourselves. Not the opening of archery season. Cons: Not in the heat of salmon season. Not as good of tides. School is in session, harder for folks to get away. I would REALLY appreciate your participation in this poll. I need to make the final phone call, tomorrow morning! Thanks! Jen

Never met people quite like yall and it sounds like fun. fun, fire, fishin..... what more could you ask for? I'll try to get down that way, but I have my 2wk. summer dril for the National Guard and don't know if I'll be back by then. If I am count me in... It'll be nice to meet those of you who go.

Thanks for think of us. I feel special. Actually I know it is not me, you just want my wife to show up. I better get her to bring you some more cookies. Looking like the 28th is running away with it. We won't make it for any fishing, but we may sneak away from our family gathering to stop by anyway since we are in the neighborhood.
