Lower Unit Seals

Does anyone know of a local place that carries Evinrude lower unit seals?I have tried calling quite a few and also looked on the net and couldnt find much.

Harveys or Oregon City Marine should be able to get them

Most seals for marine application are dual purpose... keeps water out and gear oil in. Many are cataloged under a seal number and name (like National).

Find a "Bearings Inc." and take the seal to them. There is likely a name and number on the seal somewhere and they may have an exact duplicate. BE SURE it is not steel! You want brass or SS and the seal material should be vi-ton or something that petroleum does not deteriorate.
