So, all we need is the governors signature. Any thoughts on that?

I think he'll sign it with pleasure. The total value of stock these wolves will kill will exceed the 37K tax credit cap. He'll save money by not providing direct reimbursements. The problem as I see it is that if the wolves kill one champion cutting horse the cap will be reached for another year. (That is if I understand this new law correctly.)
