Default E0 "Regular" Gas in Portland?

Have been purchasing non-ethanol gas at Olsons in Milwaukie, but then I was told by a Yamaha service technician that my 2011 four stroke main and kicker were designed to run on regular and that using premium could cause problems with the engines. Turns out the E0 gas at Olsons is a very high octane, origninally intended for automobile racing engines.

So, my question is, where can I purchase non-ethanol "regular" gas in the Portland area. I have checked out the E0 web site, but haven't found a place where I can trailer my boat and fill up without a membership, buying in a five gallon container, etc.

I think the regulations say retailers can only sell 92 octane in Oregon. 87 octane can be had in Washington.

All marinas in Oregon who sell gas are required to sell non ethanol gas. That is my understanding...

Not correct.

In fact, most of the places including marinas where I've purchased E0, are selling NON-premium (87?) grade.

But not pumped into vechicles on the street, right? Only on the water. If you look at the web site saying where E0 is available it is all 92.
I stand corrected, according the puregas.org- E0 87 is available in:
Bandon, K Falls, Monmouth, Salem on Wallace Rd. and Tillamook at the Shell only.
all other retailers are offering from 91-93. This is not for marinas.

Vancouver oil just North of PDX in Salmon Creek has both regular and super non E. Been running it in everything but our street cars. Very happy engines.
