I like the big chief for smoking salmon.
I like my $99 smoke hollow #3 propane from Bi-mart for cooking chicken, ribs and such.
Big chief is not hot enough for cooking ribs especially when the weather is cold out side.
Never used a traeger, I bet it would cook nice ribs.
