I think you'll get slightly less performance w/ the similar combined HP twins, mainly due to drag and weight.

What brand boat and motor are you considering?

Fair number stabis listed on boattrader from the Oregon and WA dealers - price will obviously be higher than equivalent non-ribs (lot more alum and welds) - sometimes you can find some ACB/Stabis...
