Re: Decoy barn in St. Helens

I'm the owner. We haven't gotten any messages on Facebook, nor have we had any phone messages. If I'm with a customer I don't answer the phone. Are you trying to contact us, or Knotty Duck?

For a head, you'd need to contact the...

Re: Bird cleaning tools?

As far as I'm concerned, smaller is better when it comes to cleaning birds.

I use cheapo paring knives, and game shears. I buy paring knives, usually with brightly colored plastic handles, for...

Re: What is a trophy?

A trophy is what they give to little kids after they've finished their T-Ball season. I don't hunt for "trophies"....

Re: Wader Life

Based on this picture, it looks to me like they've been stored with the rubber folded a little. Extended folding of the rubber will ruin them every time. I've had problems with the sides splitting,...

Re: Goose shells

Contact the manufacturer and I'm sure they'll sell you some. I have some buddies that buy new flocked heads for their full-bodies every couple years. They're getting GHG, and I think they pay $2 a...

Re: Hunting Baskett Slough

Not strange at all. That's how the Sept. youth waterfowl season works nationwide. At 16 is when they have to get a Federal duck stamp, like everyone else.

Re: ??? on youth waterfowl

At the top of the paragraph where you read that only the Westside of Sauvie Island Wildlife Area is open, you should have noticed the bold print that said "Statewide Season". I'm guessing your...

Re: Whats Out There?

Re: If you had 18 preference points...

I started applying in Oregon in 2002, and drew in 2010. Official score of 77-6/8"....had a broken tip that cost me. It would have been pushing 80" if it had been intact. I had some time...

Re: If you had 18 preference points...

Re: Swans with geese

We had one land with our diver decoys one time. It stayed for over an hour and napped. After about the third volley it decided we were too noisy and flew off.
