Re: Tablet advice ????
I don't think it would really work well for the original posters needs, due to size, but the Google Nexus 7 is the small tablet to beat, without a doubt. $200, full google play store app access, and...

Re: Robins
The Anna's Hummingbirds that winter in the NW have only moved into the area in the last 50 years. Previous to that they were mainly in California. The theory is that they take advantage of ornamental...

Re: Birders? Anyone?
Wow, killer photos, especially the Sooty. I've seen them many times, but never a male displaying so prominently.
I've been taking plenty of photos, but haven't had much time to sit down and weed...

For the first time in my life I went and chased a rarity this weekend. We've only had two Painted Buntings recorded in Washington state and I couldn't resist such a beautiful (and hard to photograph)...

Re: Is Bigfoot real???
The Marble Mountain video is a pretty bad example of evidence that bigfoot exists. I don't have time to go hunt them down, but there's an awful lot of evidence showing it's just some folks goofing...

What are you looking to do/see? Wildlife? Scenery? Fishing?
I spent my entire trip in Yellowstone looking for Moose only to be disappointed and find out that Grand Teton (which we'd already...
