Re: First Halibut Trip This Week

Thanks for all the advice guys! I'll call my doctor tomorrow and try to get the patch. Hopefully the big ones are biting and the swells are small.

JB we're going with Garibaldi Charters.

Re: Folbe to Fish-On?

Love the Folbes in our boat. Almost lost my rod to a Fish-On twice, caught it as it was going out of the holder into the drink. Never again! Folbe or Scotty for me!

It's worth using them just to keep my skin and fingernails from turning pink. Any additional scent benefit is just a bonus!

Re: Shortbus Flashers Logo Vote

Don't underestimate the importance of branding. Having multiple different logos (even just your current round one paired with one of these four) and multiple different "Shortbus XXXXXXX" could lead...

Re: Fillipn' Hooks

Flipping and superline hooks are meant for heavy rods and heavy line. The concept is you stand less chance of bending or breaking them than a standard EWG with the heavy setup. Conversely, you don't...

Re: Washington State Gun Control on Seroids

This is a huge concern against the law being proposed. Under that bill, you could hand a gun to your son at the shooting range and be okay, but if you hand it to your adult friend in the same...
