They are going to be at all kinds of depths depending on water levels, temperature, etc. even down deep. I have caught steelhead in 21-22 feet of water on the bottom on the Columbia. In deep holes...

First of all, if science doesn't agree that these predators have an impact, then I don't agree with science. Actually, I do agree with a lot of the science...it is where I am learning a lot of this...
