Actually those numbers included the SAFE zone.... compact is expecting around 1900 fish in the upcoming commercial openers. At that rate they will bring us all up to 70% of the total non indian...

I think that it might be the other way around...the charter fleet has gotten the attention of the Feds.

You have always had a poundage that you were being managed by and until the one fish limit...

2007 = 8.3 million lbs
2008 = 6.1 million lbs
2009 = 4.8 million lbs
2010 = 4.3 million lbs
proposed for 2011 2.33 million lbs.
