When I fill up my boat, fuel will constantly burp out. The only thing that helps is if I can find that perfect gas station with a slope and point the bow down hill. Its getting too anoying filling my boat at a trickle.
Anybody have an idea?

My buddy had this same problem this year. He replaced the through-hull vent for the tank and this problem went away.... It was obviously blocked.

the vent should be clean, it burps fuel too.
I just fill more slowly and it seems to be fine.

Is your fill at the front or back of the boat? My old boat used to back flow quite a bit. The fill tube was at the front so I would just put the front trailer wheel down and crank the front of the boat up a little. Not too much obviously. It would pull the back end of my truck up with it but it didn't seem to hurt anything. The fuel would flow right in as fast the the pump could go. Just don't forget to put your wheel up again before you leave.
My new boat has the fill at the back so if the lot has the wrong angle it's a real pain.

Yep, I agree with Jim.
I just tell 'em to fill it on Slow and then I keep a petroleum diaper on the gas vent just in case. And when the automatic gas nozzle shut-off clicks, that’s it, I’m done adding fuel too. No overfill and No fuel burping problems at all
Just like a baby... feed it slow and pat it on the back as you feed it, the right angle helps when you feed your baby as well..
