You have hand painted lettering or numbers on your boat/ vehicle/ watercraft that you need to come off: Here is the ticket. Buy some Unscented EASY OFF oven cleaner from the store (or steal your wifes) spray a little bit on a clean rag and wipe over a small portion of the lettering to start with. Once you see that it is taking paint off but not harming the surface of your vehicle/boat spray EASY OFF on the rest of the lettering and let sit for a few minutes while it foams up. Wipe off with minimal elbow grease and Voila! letters come off. It may take a few spray and wipes but......it does come off. THis wont work if your lettering has been clearcoated over or applied under gel coat. This works for truck lettering, boats or anything with an automotive type under finish and the lettering or graphic was custom painted on top using lettering enamels. Now, this is an old signpainters trick so dont go and tell everyone :smash: oops, also be sure and wear rubber gloves
