I have a 20' 98 Aluminum Weldcraft that I would like to have some work done to. The transom is not as tall as the sides of the boat therefore getting rollers coming over the back is a concern but so is keeping my outboard operational. I have thought about adding a C bracket then filling in the low area. Plus I would like to replace the old sheet metal deck in the bow with new thicker material.
Can anyone tell me who the go to business is in the Portland area for this kind of project? I am also concerned about adding the C bracket and having the boat sit in the water unevenly. I am going to call Weldcraft about that question.
