At the request of Jennie, here is the recipe I posted on the General board for some awesome crab eats.
Crab and Mushroom Supreme
3/4 pound fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup fresh crab meat
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
4 English muffins
Clean and slice mushrooms. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large frying pan; add mushrooms and squeeze over the lemon juice; saute a few minutes. Add sherry and let cook down until liquid reduced one half. Stir in sour cream, mixing until blended in. Add crab meat and grated cheese and heat until hot through. Split and butter muffins, using remaining 2 tablespoons butter; then toast muffins lightly. Arrange muffins on a serving platter or individual plates and spoon crab sauce over them. ENJOY!
