Who's fishin these rods?
I just ordered a professional series 10' 7 weight...did I make a wise decision?
I've heard great things...

I have 2 TFO rods, one in a three weight, and one in a 9 weight. I think they are the best rod you can get for the money. Great action, and enough backbone to get heavier fish in.

I have really liked my 14' 9wt TFO rod as well. As much as I would love to have a Meiser, Burkeimer, or T&T rod I just can't justify it yet in my budget. For the buck, I don't know of a better casting rod.

I have a TFO 9-wt. It was great until I broke it. I'm still waiting for a replacement. And waiting; and waiting.

I was the original (and only) owner! I was stringing the rod and pulled on the line and the tip broke! Probably previously damaged while fishing or packing.
I took rod back to where I bought it and they sent back to TFO. It is supposed to take a couple weeks for repair/replacement..
Not the one day service I get from G.Loomis or Lamiglas.

That is kinda funny because a friend of mine got his TFO back within a week of having sent it in. The again he personally sent the rod in and did not go throught the middle man.
I like TFO rods and own a 12.6 ft 8 weight spey. It is a great rod for the price. With the mass influx of different mid level rods it is hard to go wrong with a TFO. However I must admit I have problems with buying gear made in Korea.

I have a 4wt 9' and a 8wt 9'6", both used about twenty times. Since I am fairly new at this, I dont have a lot to compare them to, but I can say that I am completely satisfied. I recently purchased a 6wt SAGE and I prefer the TFO's. But I have only used the SAGE one day, so maybe I not comfortable with that rod yet. The 8wt has landed a few 20lbs Kings without a problem. For the price, I dont think you can go wrong with a TFO.

i have a 6 wt. it's a great rod, but i am not even close to being an expert. it does feel as nice as my 2 pc sage though and the tfo is a 4 pc rod.
I love my TiCrX 8 wt. Caught many cool fish in Guam last summer. Does great on Carp and slings a mean streamer. I'm getting a 5 weight soon.

I feel the warranty dept is top notch, I actually called them and told them mine was coming (not from above fish), whether that makes a difference or not, and got it back in less than a week.

I have a 4 peace 8 wt TFO Lefty Kreh signature series that I have yet to get a sizable fish on but it handles well and I can cast it as far as I could possibly want to. That along with the TFO MK II real it is a nice set up to say the least.
My brother Nookslayer swears by TFO.

Most people are in aggreance here. I got my 10' 7weight professional last friday...I love the extra 1' of rod, I've always been a 9 foot guy.
I'm planning to hook a nice steely on it soon!
I don't own one, but bought one for a friend. A 9ft 5wt Professional, and it cast extremely well. They are pretty hard to beat for the money.

I have 3 TFO's now and I just ordered a 4th. I like the TiCR's in the 9ft 3pcs. I have a 5,6,and an 8 and ordered a 10 for chums. I think that these are about the best bang for the buck.
