Great customer service!

I know that Creek company is not a sponsor, but GI joes is, and they sell their boats...so here goes...

I bought an odc 1018 a few months back and have been using it like crazy...I had a small mishap a week or so ago and an integral piece of my oar broke.

Yesterday I was reading a post here on the fly board about CC's great customer service so i decided to email them my problem...well, this morning I had an email from the company stating this
"We will send you a new oar. Normally we require you to send the defective part back, but this time we will send the oar. Please pitch the defective part in the trash when you receive the new one. Thanks."

This is going to save me alot of trouble....I have a few trips scheduled while I am on the road this next week.

I had the same good experience with CC earlier this year. After a phone call and e-mail, they sent a new bladder for my 8 ft. pontoon with no cost and no problem about the warranty (even though it's over 2 yrs. old)- and sent it real quick.
