I need to drill two 3/8 inch holes in the frame of my galvanized Rogue trailer. Do I need to worry about rust forming around the holes? Is there some coating I can put on after drilling the holes to prevent rust? Do I need to even worry about it? Thanks.

Why do you need to drill holes in it? Try not to try making brackets and clamping around it. If all else fails and you must drill holes in it use some zinc paint in the holes or yes it will rust where you drilled the holes and work its way from there spreading in time.

hit w zinc primer then cold galvanizing...both cans will cost you about $20 and you should have them for other touch up anyway

We use galvanized steel where I work. We have started using a Gal-stick to treat cut exposed cut ends. It's like a solder and I think does a better job than cold gal paint. Takes a little longer to apply. Should be available at welding shops.
