I have been doing alot of fishing the last couple weeks, and I thought I would share some pictures .

these trout were all caught in the same hole, right before dusk. The fishing was amazing until I couldnt tie on another fly due to darkness. All were caugh on the trusty tan EHC #16. It's too bad that the pictures didnt turn out after the sun went down.

I have put at least 5,000 miles on my car over the past 2 weeks, traveling for business. These travels have taken me to many new waters and opportunities for nice fish like the one below...which took a large egg/yokesak pattern...

I love traveling for business, as long as I can have a couple days to fish inbetween 15 hour drives!

Next week I think I have to drive down to LA again and I may have to start tying my striper candy flies just in case!!!

:cheers:everyone!

BTW, The rod I was using was a rod my grandfather made a couple years before he passed...it is heavy, bulky, the guides are terribly sticky....but it has great mojo!

Weight, taper, modulus, response.... All overrated. It's all about the Mojo, baby! :yay:

Nice Isaac. Way to take advantage of those 'moments in-between'. Too many times I find myself saying its not worth it for a half-hour of fishing... though of course it always is.

Thanks Jon, I have had alot more "man i wish i wouldnt have gone for those spare 40 minutes"...sometimes i spend more time getting my gear ready than actual fishing time! But....sometimes it's worth it!
