I know I don't hang out here in the Angler's Chapel nearly as much as I should. But since this is the closest thing I have to a church, I could really use some help.
Last year my wife was diagnosed with brest cancer. We thought we caught it early. She had surgery and 8 rounds of chemo which ended last April. About a month ago she started having back pain. After several doctor visits and tests, we just found out Friday that it has spread to her spine. Her doctor says it is treatable but not curable. He won't give any estimates on how much time she has but will say that it is probably years rather than months.
She is an amazing woman and is taking it far better than I am. I want to stay as positive as possible to help her stay happy and enjoy whatever time we have left. Please say a prayer for her and our family.
