My world has been crashing down for the last 18 months and there is no end in site. Hurt my back on the job, and coupled with an altercation 10 and a half years ago, decent jobs are very hard to come by. Child support is banging on the door and threatning license suspension and contempt of court charges. I don't know what to do anymore. I have a CDL A, but if that goes away, I am stuck. My wife was involved in an accident last fall that left her with seizures, migranes, and an addiction to pain pills. The insurance company is messing with her and stopped all of her medical about six moths ago. We have attorneys, but I feel they have their head in the sand.
I am sorry for rambling, but I am so lost right now. It is really hard to keep all of this bottled up inside. Thank you for listening.

Thank you for letting us pray for you. I am sure that I speak for all when I say we are all very sorry that you are going through this horrible experience. :bearhug: It is OK to ramble and it is bad to stay bottled up. The Psalms are full of people pouring out thier complaints to God -- so it must be alright. God wants you to trust in him. Sometimes we will only do that when he allows (not causes) bad things to happen in our lives.
Read the Psalms. Just start in chapter 1 and read them right through. Then read them again. You will find many people crying out to God, and then experiencing hope, confidence, and deliverance. God loves you and wants to bless you. I will pray for you.

Wow!
You are right- things are crashing down around you. But do not lose hope, He (God) can turn things around faster than you think. I am not saying things will suddenly be rosey and right and trouble free-that probably won't happpen.
BUT He will help you deal with it and He will make you stronger and better able to help others when there life comes crashing down.
I will be praying for you and your family.

Man oh man, this does sound rough. We are going through similar hard times, the likes of which test our faith. But the Bible says we will all face troubled times on earth and will be tested. Keep praying and show Him you believe and are willing to let Him handle it. I am saying a prayer for you right now. God Bless.

You have my prayers also, Chub.
From personal experience from the past, I found that when the weight of the world is on your shoulders, it's sometimes best to break it down into smaller sections, and try to deal with it one thing at a time.
My prayers are for your wife also, that she is able to receive the strength and love of the Holy Spirit within her, to rid her of the pain and addiction she suffers with, so that as husband and wife, you can deal with the other problems together. :angel1:

I have been being told bad things happen to good people.
Pray.LET IT BE IN THE LORDS hands.I have also been being told the Lord will not give you more than you can handle.

Prayer is powerful. I would also recommend reading the book of Job in the Bible. He went through tough times as well. Keep the faith and remember how short life is compared to eternity. You have many people praying for you and you will make it through.
