Is there anywhere you can get a one day Oregon license in Washington?
If not, is there anywhere you can get one in Portland at 6AM?

Fred meyer's opens at 7am (I think)!
You will have to go Oregon to get an Oregon license.

Some of the truck stops used to sell licenses but I don't know if they still do and they are open all night.

The 7/11 in Linnton (HWY 30 just West of Portland) sells licenses..I imagine others do as well.

Most states have online license sales. If you seek, ye shall find. What they do, is give you a number that is your "proof of license". Should be able to specify what date the license is for. Have your credit card handy...
