What kind of structure would people look for while crappie fishing from the bank?? What kind of lures or jigs would you use??
I'm interested in trying to catch some crappie so any help would be very appreciated!
Thanks

I've seen a lot of people fishing for crappie here by these pilings...

Near Ross Island...

Ever seen those 1in Berkley Micro Power Nymphs? I bet they'll work well for Crappie on a small jighead. I've actually caught smallies with these Nymphs on the Willamette.

Here's what they look like>

We let them go because they were the only two that we caught . We kept the first one in the live well all day . As soon as we turned the first one loose we caught the second one . In answer to your question , if there would have been more , i would eat them . It was a great day and nice to meet some new I-Fishers .
