I was wondering if any of you guys have read this book. I forget the authors name. Several people at my church have recommended I read this. Before I drop the bucks, I would like to hear any thoughts on this book.
Thanks.

Froggy, I checked it out from the Multnomah County Library, I'm sure the Washington County Library will have multiple copies as well. John Eldredge is the author. I didn't get through it all before I had to return it (too many books checked out at once), but I have it on hold again and what I did read was excellent.

It's a good book. Another good one by John Eldridge is "Waking the Dead"

I'm reading it myself and haven't heard or read anything I don't like.

Excellent book! I highly recommend reading it. It is well worth the 12 bucks if you actually read it.
I posted back in March under the title "Bootcamp Northwest (invitation)" and discussed a little about wild at heart and what it has meant to me. If you do a seach on my name Salmon Stryker and go 6 months back you can find the post. I'm not savvy enough to post a link or bring it back up but maybe someone else is.
Thanks

I got the book at the library. Hope it is as good as everyone says. I will post my thoughts when I finish.
